Registration Instructions for Form

Kindly read instructions to fill form.

• Name of the Applicant in case of Individual or proprietorship firm and Authorized Person - Company/Trust/Partnership Firm/ LLP.
• Address of Applicant filing the Application.
• Category - Type of Entity or Applicant
• Category of the entity filing the application (Individual/ Proprietor/ Partnership Firm/ Company/ HUF/ LLP/Trust).
• Mobile Number of the Applicant or Authorized Person
• Email Id of the Applicant or Authorized Person
• Type of Organisation to be selected.
• Category of the Mark - Select the one from which you want to register. For Logo, you need to upload logo and write Logo description in Trademark Word Cliumn.
• From when you are using above trademark - Date of when you start using the category you selected. If want to use in future mention current date.
• Trade Mark Word: Write the word mark you want to register
• Whether you want to use in future - Select if you want to use in future.
• Nature of products/services for which the logo/ mark is used- try to be as specific as possible.
• Upload Aadhaar card Front and Back side on one page.
• Upload Logo Design in square image. If you don't have square image them email us on contact@udyogadvisor.com
• Select Class Category (Manufacturer/ Trader/ Service provider).
• Select Class Category - Select your business activities after selection of manufacturing/ Trading or Services.
